Due to the nature of the furniture industry, items purchased through our website are specifically ordered, reserved, or allocated for each individual customer at the time the order is placed. Because of this allocation process, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been submitted.
Please carefully review all product details, dimensions, colors, and order information before completing your purchase.
By placing an order through our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- All sales are final
- No returns or exchanges are permitted
- Order cancellations are not allowed after purchase
- Deposits and payments are non-refundable
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist with the issue.
Refusal of delivery does not qualify as a cancellation or return and will not result in a refund.
